The villa has private parking facilities, while the villa is accessed via locked gates and high railings which surrounds the group of ten villas; all of which are laid out in a lovely well kept garden area of grass, trees and shrubs. Accommodation

The front door opens into a hall area which accesses all the rooms on this level as well as the stairs going down to the bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a large king size bed, wardrobes and bedside cabinets, the large patio doors lead out to a private garden area. The en-suite room consists of a large shower, WC, heated towel rail and basin.

The second bedroom has twin beds which can be positioned to make a double bed, wardrobes and bedside cabinets with a large window.

The second spacious bathroom has a large corner bath with shower over, WC, Bidet and basin.
